The biggest stressor in our lives is the emotional part. The first thing that happens when we have an argument with someone, is that our head cranes forward and our shoulders rise up.
All the blood is now away from your brain, and it’s gone straight to the extremities to help you run away or wrestle and use up all that adrenaline – it’s our primal state.
The problem is that we aren’t using it up! We aren’t running, moving, wrestling a lion to the ground or even walking enough. We are sitting down up to eight hours a day in our laptop lifestyles.
