We flew out to Vegas last week and our luggage got lost and we have not seen it since. The one thing that my wife cannot live without is her Lush. We have been through all of the different models and the Lush 3 has improved upon a nearly perfect toy for her. Update: I have 3 lovense toys, and just finished the warranty process on getting a new Nora. If you can do well on your own without having one of these toys, just wait for it. I am always giving control of my toys and love how interactive these experiences become. I would like to see some changes with the warranty process as is, but I am grateful for the excellent customer service I received from the supervisor from the lovense support team.
