I can’t quite say much about size increases with the pump Just yet. Seeing things grow to sizes not seen before inside the pump is kinda neat. But I’m kinda hoping for some help with ED. TBD. So far though, I really like the pump. It’s pretty comfy when you lube up well enough and it does get to a good level of pressure. Can’t wait to see if it make a difference in the bedroom.After having casually done it for a few months I can say that I actually do have some gains. Quite a bit as a matter of fact. I hadn’t measured the actual erection in some time but when I did, wow. It probably explains why the bedroom fun has been extra fun lately. I would recommend this to anyone. I\u2019ve been looking at pumps for a long time. I had this one at the top of my wishlist and I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy it and I\u2019m glad that I made the purchase. I charged it up according to the instructions and gave it a try and oh boy, does this have some amazing vacuum power. It has 4 levels but the first level is sufficient for me. I\u2019ve used both the black sealing ring and the clear, silicone masturbation sleeve and both work well, the silicone sleeve is wonderful. I liked it because it has 2 options with one package. The masterbator(which I’m almost embarrassed to mention), and the enlargement. I was happy to see how the masterbator part worked. Lube it up, put it on yourself, and turn it on. Within a minute or so, your penis grew about 300%, and it was comfortable, it wasn’t like it was just trying to stretch your penis to a monster size organ and hurt like the dickens. I’m getting older and have a bit of an ED issue, and this pump works great to help with that. You can use the basic insertion sleeve and the USB-powered unit goes to work at a rapid pace…without having to hand-pump it like other models. When it gets too intense (I could only handle the first setting) you can then easily hit the release button to let in some additional air to get the pressure just right.Now when you change to the stretchy silicone insert, it brings pleasure (and helps with the ED as well) to an amazing level. The combination of the sleeve and the powerful suction was just incredible, and you need a quality water-based lubricant.

Very nice rechargeable battery powered\/automatic pump. I had the original version of this and this is a definite next level for this pump. It is a 2 in one which makes it a better value on top of the already great value. This pump comes with a usb charging cable, a smooth suction ring, a textured sleeve insert as well as a replacement o-ring which is great. The rechargeable\/battery powered pump has more than powerful than the original and really works well. There are four levels of section so this is good for the beginner to intermediate user and the addition of the vibrations can be a bit overwhelming in a good way. The suction chamber is long and wide and allows for more than enough room for anyone. The included textured sleeve feels surprisingly very nice and was very fun to try for the first time. The sleeve can also be used on it’s own so at this point this is really a 3 in 1 deal. Clean up is fast and easy, disassembly is very simple. The noise level is minimal and the three button design is very easy to use. I\u2019m pleased with this pump and I\u2019d recommend this pump to anyone who is curious about battery powered pumps.
