The setting are good! It isn\u2019t too loud! Plus, if you hold down you can turn off the vibration mode. Vibration wise it isn\u2019t the strongest but it is enough to get the job done! I definitely like it and recommend it! It came very discreetly inside a regular box!

Purchased for my mom and she said most women need this as the pelvic floor muscles can weaken due to having children.
