Powerful vibrations in base of unit and good shape for reaching the prostate. Unfortunately the inserted end does not vibrate, it has magnetic rod in the tip that quickly slides back and forth horizontally which is the \”flapping\” feature. \”Flapping\” feature was slightly disappointing IMO as it was not very noticeable when toy is inserted. That being said, the shape and size of the toy are good for reaching the prostate which makes for an enjoyable experience regardless. Also the description and user manual mention that the toy has \”intelligent heating\” but give no instructions as to how to activate said feature. If its supposed to automatically heat when the toy is on then the heating feature on the unit I purchased does not work.
