These things are amazing! Wish I had a product like this long ago. It is perfect for anyone who likes a little nipple stimulation Has awesome modes as well. Low medium and high vibe and then it will turn back and forth or one direction if wanted. It also has a pulsing mode as well for those who like a little tease. Works well even with nipple piercings! Unsure about sheild jewlery but a straight bar works well with it and it enhances your experience. Can be used with lube or without.
